A National Real Estate firm is seeking a candidate with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions and litigation support, ideally with prior experience in a real estate or property management setting.

The position is 100% in-office and based Miami.
Position: In-House Real Estate Paralegal
Job Duties:
* Prepare and review legal documents for commercial real estate transactions (leases, sales, financing).
* Coordinate title work with title companies and legal counsel from pre- to post-closing.
* Oversee due diligence for acquisitions, sales, and commercial loans.
* Form legal entities and maintain file organization for transactions.
* Draft summaries of key real estate terms and support attorneys with drafting leases/contracts.
* Coordinate discovery with outside counsel and manage litigation calendars.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years' paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house (real estate/property management preferred).
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; writing sample required upon request.
Preferred:
* 5+ years of experience in similar role
* Bilingual (English/Spanish)
* Paralegal certification or real estate/property management credentials
* Experience in claims or contract administration
