Position: AR/B2B Collections Specialist - Contract to Hire
Location: Onsite- Phoenix, AZ 85008
Pay- $25-27 per hour

Overview: A growing construction firm is seeking a skilled AR Specalist to join their dynamic team. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable building relationships with vendors.

Software: Currently using Sage 100 Contractor, but converting to NetSuite

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and accurately enter deposits into the accounting system.

• Collect outstanding payments from customers and manage accounts receivable.

• Evaluate customer creditworthiness and provide recommendations.

• Collaborate with branch offices to implement effective collection strategies.

• Work closely with the billing team to rectify invoicing issues.

• Generate accounts receivable reports and perform reconciliations.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Proficient problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Adaptable and conscientious team player willing to assist wherever needed.

• Proactive approach with the initiative to identify and address issues.

• Highly efficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
