Key Responsibilities:

• Track expenses, process invoices and payroll, and manage bill payments.
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit reporting requirements.
• Provide admin support to the Executive Director and Director of Philanthropy.
• Coordinate with external accountants for monthly financial reporting.
• Maintain donor records and assist with donor communication.
• Enter and manage data for programs and fundraising.
• Generate financial and donor-related reports.
• Process donation acknowledgment letters.
• Help with event planning and volunteer coordination.
• Track in-kind donations and volunteer hours.
• Manage office supplies, vendors, and administrative tasks.
• Answer phones and monitor the organization's email account.

Requirements:

• Experience in office management, bookkeeping, or administration (nonprofit experience a plus).
• Proficiency with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software), Google Workspace, and donor databases (Salesforce experience a plus).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and community partners.
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and flexibility to adapt as needed.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to occasionally work weeknights or weekends.
