Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to support a dynamic Commercial Real Estate team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with deep experience in retail leasing, acquisitions, and real estate portfolio management across multiple states. This opportunity is full time and direct hire.
What You'll Do
- Review and manage title commitments, surveys, and environmental reports
- Draft and negotiate leases, purchase agreements, easements, and closing documents
- Maintain electronic legal files and track critical dates
- Support lease administration, including estoppels and SNDAs
- Lead eminent domain proceedings and negotiate compensation
- Collaborate with internal teams and title companies to ensure smooth closings
- Provide legal support throughout the transaction lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate (in-house and/or law firm)
- Strong knowledge of retail leasing, ground leases, and condemnation actions
- Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and tools like CoStar, Dealpath, Lucernex
- Bachelor's degree required
