A well-regarded Pennsylvania firm is seeking a skilled attorney to join its Labor & Employment practice in Philadelphia.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of litigation experience in areas such as labor and employment, commercial litigation, Title IX and higher education, class actions, or MDL matters. Experience with internal investigations is a plus. PA Bar Required, NJ Bar a bonus.
Strong academic credentials, courtroom and deposition experience, and the ability to manage complex caseloads are essential. This is a great opportunity for a driven litigator to join a dynamic and supportive team. Portable book of business not required.
