A real estate group in Georgetown is looking to bring on a Construction Admin to join their team! This is a fully onsite role M-F and this is a contract to hire position. Pay is $20-25/hr depending on experience and they are looking for someone to start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the implementation of internal procedures and setup of project documentation.

• Review project specifications and agreements to ensure compliance with requirements.

• Prepare, distribute, and track subcontract agreements and related invoices.

• Manage billing, contracts, change orders, and related documentation for active projects.

• Enter and update financial commitments and budget changes in the system.

• Support monthly accounting close processes as needed.

• Maintain clear communication with team members in the field to coordinate administrative support.

• Ensure billing records reflect accurate financial activity and supporting documentation.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to support project timelines.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of administrative and accounting experience in the construction field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and PDF/document management tools.
