Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join a full-service firm Downtown. This role supports a high-volume practice focused on both transactional estate planning and probate/trust litigation. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate court procedures, and fiduciary disputes with a proven ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced legal environment. This position is direct hire, full-time, and fully on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support in estate planning, probate litigation, and trust administration matters
• Draft and file legal documents including pleadings, petitions, accountings, and discovery materials
• Manage case files, court deadlines, and e-filing processes across local and state jurisdictions
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries and reports for attorneys
• Liaise with clients, courts, and financial institutions to facilitate case progress
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in T&E and probate litigation
• Strong knowledge of estate planning documents and probate court procedures
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and managing litigation timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
• Deep understanding of probate litigation, estate planning, and trust administration
• Familiarity with local and state court systems, including electronic filing platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
