We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our clients' fast-paced team. This role is responsible for managing high-volume payroll emails, processing employee transactions, reviewing timecards for accuracy, and maintaining payroll records.
The ideal candidate will have basic payroll knowledge, strong data entry accuracy, and Excel proficiency. Daily tasks will include tax setup, wage garnishments, processing stipends and discretionary bonuses, and reviewing payroll reporting.
This is a contract to hire role in Scottsdale, Arizona. There will be hybrid flexibility after you are converted.
Pay is up to $25/hr
They use Paylocity and Sage softwares
