Location: Hybrid in Saint Louis Park, MN (3 days/week in-office)
Type: Temp-to-Hire (TTH)

Overview:
Beacon Hill is partnering with a well-established and stable client to hire a Sales Administrator. This role supports the sales team by managing and tracking manufacturing quotes, following up on project statuses, and ensuring accurate reporting. It's a great fit for someone with experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service who enjoys detail-oriented work in a supportive environment-with or without a long-term desire to grow.

This is an exciting temp-to-hire role that is hybrid in Saint Louis Park, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and enter manufacturing price quotes into the internal database

  • Follow up on quote and project statuses with internal teams and clients

  • Maintain organized tracking of all quotes and ongoing projects

  • Communicate via phone (40%) and email (60%) to gather updates and ensure data accuracy

  • Generate and analyze reports using Salesforce to support the sales team

  • Serve as a key liaison between sales, operations, and customer contacts

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Background in sales administration, inside sales, sales support, or customer service

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus

  • Ability to manage follow-ups and timelines with minimal oversight

  • Interest in a stable, consistent role; growth is available as a key team member is retiring, but long-term advancement is not required

  • No sales metrics, quotas, or commissions

  • Opportunity for hands-on training and role overlap (current employee transitioning out in August)
