Our client is a large scale, award winning financial services client looking for a marketing associate to join their team on a contract, 3 days a week onsite/2 day remote opportunity.
BASIC PURPOSE:
The Marketing Associate provides support to the marketing team across a range of programs and initiatives with a particular focus on our suite of value add/advisor practice management program. Facilitates streamlined daily marketing operations. Provides administrative support to channel colleagues to enable the company's presence and advance its reputation in the marketplace.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in updates and maintenance of channel marketing materials leveraging internal workflow tool.
- Working with Senior Marketing Managers, ensure materials are compliant and within brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the Communications Management team and Creative team to manage inventory and build timelines.
- Process compliance submissions and manage audit trail, tracking status of materials to ensure timely updates.
- Gather background materials and information for Marketing Managers, as requested, to enable detailed inputs and streamlined initiation of projects.
- Support the creation and distribution of email templates (e.g. event invites, newsletters, thought leadership and other digital communications), and coordinate large email distribution lists with internal CRM team.
- Provide support of event strategy by executing the contract process, and delivering integrated marketing promotional activity, including email, social, and exhibition branding.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree plus 1-3 years of work experience
- Willing to review 0-1 years of experience but must have marketing internship experience
- Openness along with a capacity to collaborate with a variety of constituencies.
- Must have proven organizational and time management skills with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Must have demonstrated ability to manage projects and prioritize work to consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal); ability to interact successfully with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
