Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Legal Assistant to join a Real Estate Development and Investments Practice Group in Dallas. This opportunity is direct hire, full time, and fully on-site. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal administrative support to attorneys in the Real Estate Development and Investments group
• Assist with the preparation, editing, and formatting of legal documents related to real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, closing documents, and related correspondence
• Manage and organize transaction files, including due diligence materials and closing binders
• Coordinate and track deadlines, meetings, and calendars
• Perform redlining and document comparison using Microsoft Word and Adobe
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary in a law firm setting
• Transactional experience is required; commercial real estate experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word (including styles and redlining), Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple detail-oriented tasks simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and teamwork
