Beacon Hill has partnered with a highly successful personal injury law firm to assist with opening its Atlanta office. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced attorney to take on a leadership role and help launch and build a new branch for a well-established firm.

Our client is seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Attorney with 10+ years of experience to handle a full caseload of personal injury matters-from intake through final resolution-while also playing a key role in the development and management of the office as it grows. Support from dedicated paralegal and administrative staff will be provided, with additional resources added as the office expands.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a personal injury caseload from intake to trial or settlement

• Provide strategic input on the growth and development of the office

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistency with the firm's high standards

• Mentor and supervise support staff and, eventually, additional attorneys

• Maintain excellent client relationships and deliver outstanding results

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Georgia Bar license

• 10+ years of experience in personal injury law, including trial experience

• Proven ability to independently manage a caseload

• Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for growing a new office

• Leadership experience or clear potential to step into a managing role
