Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a respected litigation firm. The firm is known for their strong track record in trials, arbitrations, and appeals involving complex commercial disputes and catastrophic injury cases. This opportunity is direct hire, fully on-site, and full time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle e-filing in both state and federal courts
• Maintain and monitor case calendars and deadlines
• Draft and prepare discovery requests, pleadings, and legal correspondence
• Manage e-discovery and document production processes
• Organize and maintain case files and records
• Serve as a liaison with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel
• Assist with trial preparation and coordinate case-related scheduling

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong grammar, proofreading, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and proactive work ethic
• Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification preferred
