One of Atlanta's top law firms is seeking a litigation paralegal to join a successful team whose cases include a variety of defense matters. This paralegal will have the opportunity to work on cases at the federal and state levels and handle all phases of litigation.

Our ideal paralegal candidate will have a thorough understanding of litigation with trial preparation experience. Excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to prioritize, manage critical deadlines, and multitask are important in this position.

Day-to-day responsibilities as a Litigation Paralegal at this successful firm will include:

· Performing legal research

· Calendaring and managing docket

· Assisting with discovery

· Preparing deposition materials and summaries

· Document review

· Interviewing witnesses

· Drafting legal documents and correspondence

· E-filing with state and federal courts

· Assisting with depositions, arbitrations, trials and hearings
