Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Corporate Governance Specialist to join an in-house legal team. You would be joining a premier investment firm that blends capital, innovation, and engineering to build long-term value. The investment firm operates complex businesses and supports breakthrough technologies with a mission to create enduring enterprises. As the Corporate Governance Specialist you will support a wide range of corporate governance and compliance initiatives, helping to streamline legal processes and ensure regulatory alignment across the company's global operations. This opportunity is direct hire, full time, and fully on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and manage corporate governance documents including resolutions, consents, agendas, and meeting minutes
• Maintain and update global subsidiary records and ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements
• Support corporate transactions and legal entity management initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to prepare legal templates and documentation
• Respond to audit and regulatory inquiries with accurate and timely information
• Assist in updating policies and procedures in response to evolving regulations
• Contribute to special projects and provide paralegal support across the Corporate Legal group

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in corporate governance, preferably with a public company or law firm
• Strong background in corporate transactions and legal compliance
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong sense of accountability
• Effective communicator and team player with a collaborative approach
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Tech-savvy; experience with legal tech tools is a plus
• Notary Public is a plus
