A company in Odessa is looking to bring on a Contract HR Coordinator. This is a fully onsite role M-F 8am-5pm. Pay is $20-21.50/hr. They are looking for someone to start ASAP and stay on through November (possibility to extend).

This is a fast-paced, people-centered role ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and fluent in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding and hiring processes for warehouse/distribution center staff

• Call, screen, and schedule interviews with candidates

• Coordinate drug screens and background checks

• Maintain employee files and assist with general data entry

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders for smooth handoffs and documentation

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills - comfortable handling high volume tasks like calling 50+ candidates and coordinating onboarding in a single day

• Friendly, approachable, and reliable demeanor

• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, document handling)

• Previous HR experience is helpful
