As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will lead and set the standard for the AR team. The client is looking for someone with strong attention to detail, leadership experience, and problem solving skills. They would like someone with an accounting education and background, depite this being an operational role.
This opportunity is direct hire, hybrid, and located in Mesa, Arizona.
Expectations:
Supervise the AR team and daily operations of the accounts receivable function
Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
Prepare and analyze aging reports and resolve billing discrepancies
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
The compensation for this role is up to 130k.
