Litigation Paralegal - FL
A national law firm seeks a Litigation Paralegal for their office in Coral Gables, FL.
Qualified candidate must have three to five years' experience in defense litigation, be familiar with court filings, daily time entry billing requirements, and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. We are looking for someone who can work with attorneys, other paralegals, clients, and expert witnesses using a team approach. Must be able to serve and respond to discovery, handle records, prepare documents, schedule depositions and medical exams, and provide other paralegal support to attorney team. The ability to perform research through Lexis and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from an ABA approved organization or a bachelor's degree is required.
