Beacon Hill is seeking an Onsite Representative for a part-time role in Cartersville, GA. This position supports workforce access and data management at an active construction site. Ideal for someone reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable in a fast-moving, field-based environment. Morning hours only-Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM (20 hours/week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue RFID access badges to jobsite workers

• Maintain and update workforce records in internal systems

• Identify and report any data discrepancies

• Perform simple troubleshooting of site access equipment (e.g., handheld scanners, turnstiles)

• Provide professional, on-the-ground support for site entry and onboarding

• Communicate issues or updates to the on-site supervisor

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in administrative or data entry roles is helpful, but not required

• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently

• Comfortable working from a construction trailer on an active jobsite

• Must bring ankle-high boots (steel toe not required) in case of jobsite walks

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates preferred

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

Schedule, Compensation & Work Environment:

• Hours: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (20 hours/week)

• Assignment Length: Approximately 24 months, with potential to extend

• Pay Rate: $17/hour

• Work Environment: Role is fully on-site at an active construction project. You'll be working from a construction trailer-conditions may be dusty, noisy, or variable. Dress is casual, but ankle-high boots are required for site access.
