Data Entry Specialist (Contract Assignment)
Location: Onsite - Beachwood, OH
Duration: 1-2 months
Pay: $20-$22.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- We're currently hiring four (4) Data Entry Specialists for a short-term assignment with a well-established company in Beachwood, OH. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with large sets of data.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain information in Excel spreadsheets
- Transfer and organize accumulated data into a more structured format
- Work with moderate-level Excel functions (sorting, filtering, formatting - not creating complex formulas)
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly data processing goals
- Moderate Excel skills - comfort working with existing spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Background or exposure to finance or banking environments
- Experience handling sensitive or financial data
