Job Description:
Beacon Hill's client is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven individual to support their team for an 8-week project. This behind-the-scenes role focuses on auditing customer service data and reviewing daily reports for accuracy, helping maintain data integrity while the team sources a permanent hire.
This is a 8-week contract role that is onsite in New Hope, MN.
Key Responsibilities:
Review daily order reports (2-7 pages) to verify pricing, addresses, and order details
Audit customer records for completeness and accuracy
Update client records and assist with account setup in collaboration with internal staff
Ensure system alignment for addresses, contact info, salesperson, and region
Follow standard operating procedures for all tasks
Use Excel (filters, basic functions) for data review
Receive training on JDE system and work independently after initial onboarding
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel (filters, sorting, basic review)
Comfortable learning and working within internal systems (training provided)
Previous data entry or auditing experience preferred
- Must have 1+ years of data entry experience
