Legal Billing Specialist

Fort Worth, TX | On-site
Full-Time | Direct Hire

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Billing Specialist to join a reputable law firm in Fort Worth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in law firm billing and electronic invoicing who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Generate and distribute monthly pre-bills and draft invoices for attorney review
Revise and finalize bills in compliance with client guidelines and contracts
Upload LEDES-format invoices to e-billing platforms (Legal Exchange, Collaborati, Legal Tracker, Tymetrix)
Use Aderant BillBlast to send final invoices via email or e-billing portals
Respond to billing inquiries and assist with collections and AR follow-up
Maintain confidentiality and support special billing projects as needed

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of law firm billing experience
2+ years of electronic billing experience
Proficiency with SurePoint LMS Billing and Time software
Familiarity with UTBMS litigation and activity codes
Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
