We have an exciting opportunity with a leading organization in the transportation sector that is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Analyst to support a major merger integration project. This long-term contract role will join a large AP team and partner closely with leadership to support data cleanup, process improvement, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and clean AP data to support the integration
- Participate in UAT for system and P2P implementation
- Act as a super user and admin for supplier verification and tax tools
- Help develop KPIs, metrics, and reporting dashboards (Tableau/Excel)
- Support AP team with troubleshooting and SOP development
- Respond to audit and ad hoc reporting requests
Qualifications
- AP, procurement, or general accounting experience
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions
- Process improvement mindset
- Strong communicator with intermediate Excel
