We have an exciting opportunity with a well-known organization in the transportation industry that is looking for a seasoned AP Supervisor to support daily operations and help lead a large team through an ongoing system integration. This is a long-term contract with a strong chance of full-time hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee AP workload and provide support to staff and contractors
- Monitor KPIs and process reports
- Maintain SOPs and support process improvements
- Approve payments, vendor setups, and statement audits
- Assist with month-end close and SOX compliance
What We're Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of progressive AP experience
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong communication and knowledge of Procure-to-Pay
- Intermediate Excel skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with PeopleSoft or other large ERPs
- Degree (any field)
