Our client is looking for a Community Relations Specialist to join their team for a year-long contract. This is a part-time role (20-30 hours a week) and would require you to go onsite 2 days a week to their office in Framingham, MA!

The ideal candidate is very good at both managing ever-shifting priorities and doing the detail work to ensure that every task is completed on time and of the highest quality. The candidate is interested in helping a fast-moving division develop and implement new tools that make it easy and simple for Associates to engage with our nonprofit partners in predictable, sustainable ways.

Responsibilities
* Support Associates and teams who are interested in volunteering with our nonprofit partners, and manage the tracking of volunteer projects
* Support the execution of onsite volunteer events on a quarterly basis and, as needed
* Manage Associate engagement for external sponsored events e.g. walks, runs, corporate kickball games etc.
* Manage the tracking of volunteer data, including t-shirt orders, feedback, and event photos
* Provide volunteer insights for impact reports
* Research and share upcoming events with nonprofit and museum partners

Required Skills
* Excellent computer skills with specific emphasis on automation and data analysis
* High energy, flexible and creative around problem solving, with a willingness to be hands-on and solution-oriented
* Impeccable attention to detail with an ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities across a number of teams and projects
* Self-reliant and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in order to achieve results
* Team player with excellent interpersonal skills across a variety of channels (email, phone/video call, face-to-face)
* Strong organizational and administrative skills and the ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Customer service oriented
* Familiarity with volunteerism and nonprofit sector
