Are you a finance professional who thrives on building better systems, streamlining data processes, and driving strategic insights? Join a growing team that plays a critical role in shaping financial strategy and supporting field operations across a national infrastructure services organization.

We're looking for a results-oriented FP&A Analyst to help modernize and scale budgeting, forecasting, and reporting initiatives. In this role, you'll work closely with business leaders to develop insights that drive performance and help shape long-term decisions. You'll gain exposure to executive-level reporting while having a direct impact on operations across the company.

What You'll Do:

  • Support budgeting and forecasting for capital and operating expenses with a focus on improving budget accuracy and visibility

  • Drive recurring analytics on revenue trends, cost of sales, headcount planning, and margin performance

  • Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools using Power BI, Power Query, Excel Macros, and Oracle EPM

  • Partner with field teams and internal departments to understand key performance drivers and deliver actionable insights

  • Assist with KPI development, financial reporting packages, and executive board materials

  • Take initiative on modernizing FP&A systems and processes, including forecasting and budget tools

  • Provide ad hoc analyses that inform special projects, system upgrades, and strategic initiatives

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred but not required)

  • 5-8+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with at least 2 years in FP&A or business analytics

  • Ability to connect data to decision-making and explain financial concepts to non-finance partners

  • Experience using EPM (FCCS, EPBCS) and ERP platforms

  • Advanced Excel skills; hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

  • Comfort working with large data sets and building scalable reporting systems

  • Proactive mindset and strong attention to detail-someone who identifies gaps and drives improvements
