We're looking for a results-oriented FP&A Analyst to help modernize and scale budgeting, forecasting, and reporting initiatives. You'll gain exposure to executive-level reporting while having a direct impact on operations across the company.
What You'll Do:
Support budgeting and forecasting for capital and operating expenses with a focus on improving budget accuracy and visibility
Drive recurring analytics on revenue trends, cost of sales, headcount planning, and margin performance
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools using Power BI, Power Query, Excel Macros, and Oracle EPM
Partner with field teams and internal departments to understand key performance drivers and deliver actionable insights
Assist with KPI development, financial reporting packages, and executive board materials
Take initiative on modernizing FP&A systems and processes, including forecasting and budget tools
Provide ad hoc analyses that inform special projects, system upgrades, and strategic initiatives
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred but not required)
5-8+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with at least 2 years in FP&A or business analytics
Ability to connect data to decision-making and explain financial concepts to non-finance partners
Experience using EPM (FCCS, EPBCS) and ERP platforms
Advanced Excel skills; hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Comfort working with large data sets and building scalable reporting systems
Proactive mindset and strong attention to detail-someone who identifies gaps and drives improvements
