Job Description: Customer Service Representative

Location: Plymouth, In-office
Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Pay: $24/hour

Beacon Hill's Plymouth, MN based client is looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team on a ASAP. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and assisting with their order inquiries and order placement. This role will involve using HubSpot and other CRM tools to manage customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers regarding their orders, providing status updates, and answering any questions they may have.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, using HubSpot and other CRM systems.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and order details in the CRM.
• Provide general assistance to customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any customer issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot (or willingness to learn).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
