Job Title: Onsite Staffing Coordinator (Contract)
Location: Onsite - Wautoma, WI
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: $27-$32 an hour (Depending on Experience)
Duration: 3-6 Months Contract

Position Overview:
Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced Onsite Staffing Coordinator to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a client's manufacturing facility. This contract role is critical in ensuring timely hiring for entry-level, hourly production positions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in high-volume recruiting - with at least 2 years of experience, preferably within the light industrial or manufacturing sector, and is comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for approximately 20 open requisitions, primarily entry-level and hourly production roles.

  • Create and post job listings across appropriate platforms; ensure postings are accurate and engaging.

  • Review applications, conduct phone screenings, schedule and conduct interviews.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

  • Assist with candidate selection and facilitate the offer process in a timely and compliant manner.

  • Support onboarding processes, including coordination of onboarding requirements and day-one activities.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience required

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions and meet hiring deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with a diverse workforce.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and job boards.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.

Additional Information:

  • This is a fully onsite role; remote work is not available.

  • Contract duration is estimated at 3-6 months, with potential for extension based on business needs.
