Job Title: Client Services Coordinator
Location: Edina, MN (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Flexible 30- or 60-minute lunch)
Compensation: $40,000-$45,000 annually (Full-Time, Permanent)
Beacon Hill's well-established professional services firm in Edina, MN is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with front desk, office, or administrative support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls from potential new clients; listen empathetically, provide relevant information, and manage call flow efficiently.
Provide administrative support to 5-7 professionals within the department, including coordination with a paralegal and assistant.
Complete intake forms and schedule initial consultations; assist with calendar management and appointment setting.
Welcome and assist clients upon arrival; maintain a professional front office presence.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems; open and close client files as needed.
Perform general office duties: scan documents, open and sort mail, draft and send client letters.
Assist with time entry, document preparation, and assembling materials for meetings or trial binders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration, front desk reception, or client services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with databases or document management systems.
- A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
