Job Title: Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter

Location: Golden Valley, MN (Fully Onsite)
Type: Contract (Potential for Permanent Hire)
Pay Rate: $28-$32/hr (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: As soon as Monday

Beacon Hill's client, a growing technical services provider in Golden Valley, MN, is seeking a Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter to support high-volume technical hiring. This is a contract role with potential for long-term placement, ideal for someone with 2-3 years of recruiting experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to support both recruiting and HR functions.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for approximately 20 open technical roles (Service Desk, Tech Support, Tech Sales, Software Development).

  • Maintain and optimize the ATS and recruitment workflows.

  • Source, screen, interview, conduct background checks, and facilitate offers.

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop inclusive job descriptions and hiring strategies.

  • Build and maintain a diverse pipeline through proactive sourcing.

Onboarding

  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (IT, HR, hiring managers) for day-one readiness.

  • Conduct onboarding sessions and support new hire orientation.

HR Support

  • Assist with general HR tasks including data entry, compliance, and updates to HRIS systems.

  • Support internal communication and help interpret basic policies and procedures.


Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience required; technical or IT recruiting strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to source candidates and manage high-volume requisitions.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards.

  • Must be comfortable working fully onsite
