Beacon Hill Associates is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a well-established, family-oriented team based in Apopka, FL.
This role focuses on managing inbound and outbound customer communication, processing orders, and providing proactive sales and service support in a fast-paced warehouse-office environment. The position requires cross-functional coordination, regular use of SAP, and consistent customer engagement across phone, email, and chat.
Daily Duties:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
* Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
* Proactively communicate with customers about order status and available inventory
* Support sales efforts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Process customer orders, quotes, and returns accurately in SAP
* Coordinate with warehouse staff to confirm product availability
* Collaborate with operations, logistics, and billing teams to ensure seamless service
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools
* Conduct follow-ups and schedule check-ins to keep projects on track
* Participate in product and sales training with local and remote team members
Ideal Candidate:
* 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales coordination
* Comfortable in a high-volume call and email environment
* Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
* Tech-savvy with strong communication and organizational skills
* Knowledge of construction, industrial, or distribution industries preferred
* Works well independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Additional Details:
* Location: Onsite - Apopka, FL (office/warehouse environment)
* Type: Contract-to-hire
* Start Date: August 11, 2025
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
* Compensation: $21/hr | $43,680 salary if converted
* Dress Code: Business casual
* Tools: SAP, CRM
* Training: On-the-job support from onsite staff and remote Dallas team
