Atlanta law firm is seeking a Bilingual, fully-fluent Spanish-speaking and reading Residential Real Estate Closer for a newly created position. This is a direct hire opportunity in a very friendly firm with the nicest clients!
To be considered, Closing Paralegal must be 100% fluent in the Spanish language and have at least two years of experience as a Residential Real Estate Closer. Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail will all lead to the success of this individual.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing closing documents using SoftPro
- Communicating with lenders, clients and agents
- Working with SoftPro to prepare closing documents
