Role Overview
This position is responsible for supporting routine and monthly accounting activities, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. It's a strong fit for someone with an established foundation in accounting who's interested in taking on broader responsibilities in a dynamic work environment. The role works closely with accounting leadership and provides exposure to a variety of project-focused financial processes.
Core Duties
Contribute to month-end close and internal financial reporting
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet items
Support audit preparation and provide required materials
Record journal entries and assist in maintaining the general ledger
Participate in special projects and financial analysis as needed
Keep financial records organized and accurate
Assist with project cost tracking and coordination with internal teams
Monitor fixed assets and handle depreciation calculations
