Core Duties

Contribute to month-end close and internal financial reporting

Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet items

Support audit preparation and provide required materials

Record journal entries and assist in maintaining the general ledger

Participate in special projects and financial analysis as needed

Keep financial records organized and accurate

Assist with project cost tracking and coordination with internal teams

Monitor fixed assets and handle depreciation calculations
