Our client, in the financial space, is looking for a Presentation Marketing Associate to join their team. This is a hybrid role and would require you to go onsite 2-3 times a week to their office in downtown Boston. This is a 4+ month contract role with the potential to extend/convert full-time.

This person will promote our client through timely, relevant presentations for clients and events. Responsibilities include preparing and customizing presentations, supporting firm image, and collaborating with teams in Boston, EMEA, and Asia. The role works cross-functionally with investor relations, investments, operations, and compliance, requiring strong project management skills and the ability to align client needs, market trends, and business goals into effective marketing materials.

The ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates:
* Demonstrates project management abilities, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); Salesforce CRM experience preferred
* Skilled in cloud-based content systems, particularly Seismic
* Knowledgeable in investment concepts and financial terminology; comfortable with data analysis

What you will do:
Sales and Client Service Presentations: 95%
* Develop and update PowerPoint presentations in Seismic to effectively promote to clients.
* Independently lead multiple projects, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy.
* Coordinate the presentation workflow, using Salesforce for assignment tracking and deadline management.
* Collaborate with marketing and investor relations to create compelling materials.
* Coordinate with client relations/senior management to plan meetings and set agendas.
* Draft product pitches using standardized content; share drafts for presenter and compliance approval as needed.
* Arrange for printed presentation books as required.
* Ensure all materials comply with SEC, FCA, and other regulations by following documentation protocols and acquiring vital approvals.

Presentations for Events / Onsite Meetings: 5%
* Collaborate with the investor relations and marketing teams to identify core messages, establish the main theme, and prepare presentations.
* Establish and share the timeline for presentation development.
* Handle version control, facilitate internal reviews, and lead all aspects of compliance approvals.
* And other responsibilities as required

What you bring
* Precise attention to design detail and brand compliance
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels, especially senior management
* Effective working independently and collaboratively

Education Preferred:
* Bachelor of Arts (B.A) / Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience

Experience
* 3-5+ Years marketing experience in presentation development, management and execution capacity preferred (Associate level)
