Corporate Paralegal: Qualified candidates must have the ability to handle all aspects of the formation of business entities, both domestic and foreign, preparation of organizational documents (corporate and LLC), drafting of resolutions, maintenance of company books, compliance of due diligence, and filing of annual reports. Other transactional experience is desirable. Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus.
