Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

Location: Hybrid (Primarily Remote) - Saint Paul, MN (must be within a commutable distance)
Schedule: Full-time
Pay: $23/hour (contract-to-hire)

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data for a variety of applications, including Portability, Conversions, and Continuation.

• Research and resolve problems using sound judgment.

• Follow up on missing information through professional correspondence, templated communications, or phone outreach.

• Monitor and respond to the team inbox, fulfilling customer and client requests.

• Maintain department quality, security, and service level standards.

• Deliver professional, customer-focused service to both internal and external clients.
