Our client is a real estate law firm based in Atlanta, Georgia seeking a Real Estate Title Underwriter to work in a high-volume practice. This position will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing real estate titles for residential real estate closings.
Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of current title review and/or title curing experience, identifying title defects including break in chain, prior liens, legal description issues, etc. Candidates must be able to work independently and efficiently with strong written and verbal communication skills. MUST BE LICENSED AND IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE STATE BAR OF GEORGIA.
This position may sit in one of our client's metro-Atlanta offices or can be hybrid/remote within Georgia.
