A growing property management company is looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic property management team. In this dual-function role, you will play a crucial part in both supporting our marketing initiatives and ensuring the smooth execution of daily administrative tasks that keep the company running efficiently.
As a key liaison between the marketing, leasing, and property management teams, you will help elevate the brand presence of commercial properties through strategic marketing support, digital content management, and on-the-ground coordination. From social media campaigns and open house events to marketing collateral production and website updates, your contributions will directly impact the overall success of company.

Responsibilities include:
- Prepare agency pitches, building tour packages, investment packages, etc. for brokers
- Preparation of marketing materials with the use of Adobe InDesign and Publisher
- Generate letters-of-intent (offers)
- Generate commission invoices
- Answer overflow calls and route calls
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 5+ years of previous administrative and marketing experience preferably at a commercial real estate firm
- Knowledge in Adobe InDesign, Publisher, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Time management skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Excellent proofreading skills
- Problem solving skills
- Self-starter
- Ability to thrive in stressful situations and generate work within short timeframes
- Experience working with different personalities and work styles
