Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Benefits Specialist for a contract assignment running through February 4, 2026, with potential for contract-to-hire. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Atlanta, GA. The Benefits Specialist will play an important role in supporting benefits administration, vendor management, and program reporting.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Support administration of qualified and non-qualified benefits plans in alignment with compliance standards

• Assist with vendor management and maintain productive relationships with third-party providers

• Respond to benefits-related questions from employees, vendors, and internal partners such as payroll

• Prepare reports and contribute to analytics to evaluate plan engagement and utilization

• Provide input on routine employee benefits communications in collaboration with the communications team

• Participate in ad hoc projects and special assignments as needed

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong understanding of U.S. benefits plans and related regulatory provisions preferred

• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle complex initiatives

• Experience managing vendors and maintaining professional partnerships

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience

Schedule & Compensation:

• Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Pay Rate: $28.68-$36.76/hour

• Assignment: ASAP start through February 4, 2026 (potential contract-to-hire)

• Location: Fully onsite in Atlanta, GA
