Beacon Hill Associates is partnering with a leading organization to identify a Recruiter to support their design and construction management teams. This contract role runs from September 15, 2025, through September 14, 2026, with a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule. The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week onsite in Atlanta, GA. The recruiter will play a key role in attracting top talent and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage candidates through the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to fill roles across multiple levels, with a focus on construction and skilled trades

• Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and outreach to key recruiting contacts

• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand needs and adjust job postings or recruitment plans accordingly

• Track and report recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement

• Contribute to team-wide recruiting initiatives and process enhancements

Who We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience; construction or skilled trade recruiting strongly preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience

• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday strongly preferred)

• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to partner across all levels of an organization

Schedule & Compensation:

• Assignment Dates: September 15, 2025 - September 14, 2026

• Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite per week in Atlanta, GA

• Pay Rate : $26.35
