Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Wautoma, WI
Compensation: $20-$22/hour (flexible based on experience)
Schedule: Onsite | Flexible hours | 3-6 month internship
Overview
Beacon Hill's client in Wautoma, WI is seeking a Recruiting Intern to join their Human Resources team. This internship is designed for students currently enrolled in school or recent graduates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruiting and HR. The intern will learn the full cycle of recruiting for entry-level manufacturing roles, while also gaining exposure to HR administration and onboarding processes.
Key Learning Opportunities
Assist with sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for manufacturing positions.
Learn to post job openings and manage applicant communications.
Support new hire onboarding and general HR administrative functions.
Gain exposure to best practices in recruiting and employee engagement.
Work directly with the HR team to understand the fundamentals of workforce planning and compliance.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Interest in HR and Recruiting with some exposure through coursework, internships, or prior work experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite in Wautoma, WI.
