The Atlanta office of a full-service national law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least seven years of experience that includes attending trial. This is a permanent, direct-hire position.

Excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to prioritize, manage critical deadlines, and multitask are important in this position. Strong technical skills, including MS Office Suite and experience with Summation, Concordance or other litigation support required.

Your responsibilities as a Litigation Paralegal at this leading firm will include:

• Performing legal research
• Calendaring
• Assisting with discovery
• Preparing deposition materials and summaries
• Cite-checking
• Interviewing witnesses
• Drafting legal documents and e-filing with state and federal courts
• Assisting with exhibits
• Managing paper and electronic files
• Maintaining deposition database
• Preparing for and attending depositions, arbitrations, trials and hearings
• Assisting with trial support in courtroom

Litigation Paralegal must have at least seven years of experience as a billing paralegal with substantial trial experience. A 4-year degree is required. This is a hybrid position but must have flexibility for travel to attend out of state trials.
