Our client's work makes a real impact, and needs a sharp, strategic B2B marketer to help push the boundaries even further. You'll play a key role in fueling revenue growth by generating leads, boosting engagement, and increasing adoption across our U.S. and Canadian markets. You'll own campaigns that attract new business, expand existing relationships, and strengthen retention-partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Account Management to make it all happen. Join this dynamic team that combined data, creativity, and technology to connect businesses with the high-intent audiences that drive growth.

This is a hybrid role in downtown Boston.

What you'll do

Design smart strategies: Translate business goals into targeted demand-gen and retention plans with the right mix of channels and tactics.

Segment and personalize: Use audience data and insights to deliver the right message, to the right people, at the right time.

Run campaigns that convert: Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, direct mail, onsite) that drive adoption, revenue, and loyalty.

Test, measure, repeat: Track KPIs, A/B test messaging, analyze funnel performance, and share insights that drive smarter decisions.

Collaborate and align: Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product Marketing, and Brand to ensure marketing initiatives ladder up to company goals.

Stretch the budget: Manage program budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact.

Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and customer preferences to keep strategies fresh and relevant.

Who you are

Experienced: 3+ years in B2B marketing (tech or SaaS a plus).

Action Oriented, Data-driven, Results focused

Poised and polished across all Communications: Strong written and verbal skills; able to distill insights and present confidently to senior stakeholders.

Strategic & creative: You think big-picture, but also craft copy and campaigns that resonate.

Tech-savvy: Familiar with CRMs, email platforms, and analytics stacks. Salesforce/Marketo/Google Analytics

Organized & adaptable: Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-changing landscape.

Innovative: You bring new ideas, test bold concepts, and aren't afraid to experiment.
