A law firm in Brickell-Miami is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling commercial and residential real estate transactions from inception through closing.
- Reviewing title commitments, surveys, and related documents; preparing title and survey objection letters.
- Preparing conveyance documents, escrow instructions, and closing checklists.
- Coordinating and managing due diligence throughout the transaction process.
- Drafting and reviewing closing statements, coordinating and attending closings, and ensuring the execution and delivery of closing documents.
- Managing post-closing matters, including review of title policies and preparation of closing binders.
- Communicating effectively with clients, title companies, lenders, and other transaction parties.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years' commercial real estate paralegal experience required.
- Strong knowledge of title and survey review.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe required.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Major law firm experience strongly preferred.
