Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to handle complex billing scenarios typical in the sports and entertainment industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage AR and billing functions for a variety of clients across multiple industries
Process and track customized billing related to sponsorships, stadium build-outs, ticketing, and other unconventional agreements
Use NetSuite for invoicing, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts
Maintain and analyze data in Excel, using pivot tables and VLOOKUPs for reporting and reconciliation
Communicate with internal stakeholders and external clients to resolve discrepancies
Contribute to process improvements and collaborate across departments
Required Skills & Experience:
3-5+ years of AR and billing experience
Proficient in NetSuite
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
Experience with customized or complex billing structures
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication
Comfortable working both independently and in a team
