We are working with a faith-based 501(c)(3) company headquartered in Metro-Atlanta that is seeking a corporate attorney with 5+ years of M&A transactions experience to join their Due Diligence Team. This hybrid (or remote for certain locations) role offers the opportunity to review, negotiate, and advise on complex charitable gifts. The ideal candidate will bring strong M&A transactional skills, the ability to work independently and exposure to tax or real estate is a plus. A J.D., and active bar admission is required.
