Beacon Hill is working with an established Am Law 200 firm with a strong reputation for complex finance and real estate transactions across the mid-Atlantic region to identify exceptional candidates with 2+ years of experience in real estate or commercial finance. THe role focuses on lender-side transactions, including real estate secured financing, affordable housing, and commercial loans.
Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate loan and transaction documents, perform due diligence, and support partners on complex finance matters.
Requirements: JD required; MD Bar admission or eligibility to waive in; strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Details: $190K-$225K anticipated salary, 1850 billables, flexible hybrid schedule.
