Beacon Hill is assisting a respected Mid-Atlantic firm in recruiting an associate attorney with 2+ years of experience in real estate, commercial lending, or public finance. Candidates with exposure to affordable housing or municipal bond transactions are especially encouraged to apply.
The role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of complex finance and development projects, including public-private partnerships, nonprofit financings, and municipal debt transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating financing and transaction documents and supporting partners on matters where the firm serves as counsel to borrowers, lenders, or underwriters.
